I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assume they probably thought about it or even had it in the planning stages but it just didn't work out. Or budget. Who knows.

Last match I played I walked to the hood of the car with someone to see if there was one, I was sad.

Personally, I feel like some of the kills are kinda unflashy. Like, either Jason6 or Savini has one where they just stab someone and yank the weapon out, and it ought to have been that he stabs and then flips them over him.
