I found H20 Delirious bear but achievement didnt worked..

Achievements overall aren't working.
I've seen the bear in several random spots, not just in the graveyard.
Have never had the achievement 'pop'.
The achievements I have received were all during private matches, which appears to be the only place they're currently working in.

Lol, only the bear in the graveyard counts. So you can only get it it on Higgins Haven

For now you can earned it in private match. It will work.

Most of achievements work on private match.
