Which DLCs are not included with the deluxe edition?
I bought the deluxe edition, which comes with the season pass, but it isn't clear which DLCs aren't included in it.

Do the individual DLC packs ever go on sale? I noticed on the sale last week, that the game and season pass were on sale, but not the packs.

EDIT: Ok, I just looked it up on a Steam price history website and it seems they have never been on sale. Kind of sad that I got the game and season pass for $6 on Green Man, but I need to speed almost the same amount to get a handful of characters to complete the collection. Oh well...
