Do red brick stud bonuses like 2x and 10x stack?

You'll have 20x. They all stack. If you have the x2, x4, x6. x8 and x10 multipliers active at the same time, you'll end up with x3840. Have fun!

yeah. it's been like that since EVERY lego game. so imagine the multiplier when you have all the stud multipliers on simultaneously.
let's just say: true jedi should be a non-issue.

if you have all the multipliers on, it should round up to about x3840. per.stud. and that's just if you collected the grey studs.

well do YOU wanna spend hours and hours grinding for studs? besides, the multipliers themselves 1 mostly require freeplay, and 2 are pretty expensive. you still need to buy them. besides, it's virtually impossible to get true jedi without at LEAST the 2x multiplier, even then you have to smash EVERYTHING you find.
besides, this game isnt meant to be hard, the challenge is more or less finding everything and having the right amount of studs.

Lol what do you mean? I got true jedi on every single level on the first playtrough. Though I did basically explore everything. :P Also, it is really easy to farm those 5 mil studs while doing the millenium falcon mini-game. I just did it again with the red bricks unlocked and got 50 mil studs lol. It took me like 30 min to get to that amount from nothing. Then again, I guess in the end it is a game meant mostly for kids.

You decide what you want to have active or not.

I don't bother with them much. I have a very low mupltiplier.
If I need money... er... studs I go and play the game on the Falcon with more multiplier active.
