Bug on PC with Xbox One controller joystick
I come across this anytime there is a wheel or something that needs to be rotated. Anytime you need to rotate something within a few seconds (otherwise the progress of the rotation resets after a second or two) I can't finish the rotation with a controller.

If I rotate at normal or fast speed, nothing happens. If I start rotating the joystick very slowly, the progress meter starts slowly going up, until about halfway, then it goes back down all the way. I end up having to switch the device to the keyboard to complete these rotations. It's a temporary solution, but an annoyance nonetheless.

This control is very glitchy. But it's only when I have to rotate things with the joystick. Every other control appears to be working perfectly for me. Anyone else come across this? What's your solution? Heard of any future fixes by the game devs?

I had the same problem, I changed my settings to Direct X 9 and now it all works. Seemed to fix the bug for me.

Thanks for the input. However, I tried changing my settings to Direct X 9 and restarted. Still was having issues.

I had the same problem using a Logitech F310 gamepad and was able to remain in DX11 and solve the issue by switching from DirectInput to XInput (on the bottom of the pad). I do not know how or if it is possible on your controller but hopefully that will at least give you somewhere to start.

I experienced this with a wireless 360 controller only on one occasion so far. That was the level where you meet Han on his ship Eravana. I had to turn a valve as Finn to eliminate the green gas and it took forever because it was as the OP described. I finally managed to do it somehow with the controller and man was it aggravating. No other valve or mini game of turning something has caused me problems yet.
