I don't even have that. xD
I have the movie wallpaper for around 3-5 seconds, then black, then crash. An I'm trying to fix this for nearly two days now.

Have you been able to start it? Because I start to get really frustrated since literally nothing seems to work, not even all the things recommended in some other discussions.

Still doesn`t work. In the beginning it says, that can not connect to the Star Wars The Force Awakens server. My network connection is fine.

Hi, I know how to fix this for PC players. Once out of the game, press the windows key (mine is on the left of the keyboard inbetween Fn and ALT), and R. Run box should open. Type in %appdata% and click on Browse. Look for Appdata folder. Go into this and then Roaming folder. Go to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment folder. Go to Lego Star Wars, then find GUI3 and rename this to GUI3_Backup and this should fix everything. You can use the game offline. Anytime you go online and want to play offline you will need to do this steps again. If playing offline all the time you will only have to do this fix once. Restart your computer before playing the game. All the best.

Same here. Got them in the other LEGO game folders, but not in TFA.

I have the same problem: http://imgur.com/W7XIYHl
the pic I show here is the highest point the game went before crashing, after this disclaimer screen, I got a black screen and then the game crashed.

PS: I already tried to change the resolution in PCCONFIG, and didn't found GUI3 as many of you. That's really annoying, as I bought the game just 2 or three days ago, and I didn't even started playing it due to this crashes (yeah, I tried to launch it several times)

This worked for me, thanks! Almost thought this was secretly an always online game.
