Where is the extra's menu?

I bought a red brick in the game, but where is the extra's menu? I am used to the menu just being there in all these lego games? Do I need to unlock this or what?

As soon as you spawn in the Resistance base, walk towards the back of the room you're in, you should see a guy selling the extras.

The Ingame Menu (character wheel) has the Red Brick, where you can turn on off extras and buy the red bricks (in HUBS)

Thanks, I really don't understand why they moved it to the character wheel. Very inconvenient imo.
