Easiest way to get to that folder is to type %appdata% into any windows explorer url bar (or search Windows for Windows 10 users).
Open it in Wordpad, fine the line that displays screen height/width and change to your desired settings. Also you can change referesh rate there as well.

What is tripping you up? Was pretty straight forward with what I wrote.
Yeah that's another option, though the easiest way would be just to do %appdata% in the search/run/address box.
