100% completion achievement not unlocking

I just completed this game, unlocked every other achievement (including all the DLC achievements), and was sure I was about to get the "Force is Strong with This One" achievement for 100% game completion, but for some weird reason, it didn't unlock, despite the game clearly indicating that my game completion is now at 100%.

Did I need to do things in a certain order? I had waited until after collecting all the gold bricks (including playing the Starkiller Destruction bonus level) before unlocking all the Carbonite blocks, so I was certain the achievement would unlock once I got the last of those characters unlocked. I tried doing the bonus level again after that in an attempt to unlock the achievement, but that didn't work, nor did creating and playing as a custom character.

I spent 70 hours completing this game. It would really suck if I have to go through the whole thing all over again just to get this very last achievement.

I just completed a second attempt at reaching 100% completion, and although I managed to do it in 50 hours this time, it's super frustrating that this final achievement is STILL NOT UNLOCKING! What the heck is wrong with this thing!! Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I using some improper computer system? Is it some kind of glitch? Can I somehow force this achievement to be marked as unlocked? I've gotten the requirements for this achievement TWICE now, and it just doesn't make any sense! I NEED ANSWERS!!!

My game got messed up and I couldn't get a bunch of the free play quests or the Starkiller Destruction level. So what I did was I downloaded a completed 100% save so that I could play Starkiller Destruction through at least once...and when I loaded that save it gave me the 100% achievement. So I guess you can try that.

The problem was not that I couldn't reach 100% completion. It was that I DID reach 100% completion. TWICE! However, the 9-year old desktop I had been playing it on has had minor issues with properly playing some of these newer Lego games (mostly with certain cutscenes stuttering for a short while). Thankfully, I just got a brand new desktop set up today, and one of many things I did to test if it was working properly was to install and briefly play this game, at least to watch that one particular cutscene to see if it actually played properly. Once I loaded up one of my already fully competed games and confirmed that cutscene was no longer glitchy, I quit the level, then decided to mess around a little before quitting the game. I smashed a random object in the Millennium Falcon... and THAT is what finally gave me the achievement for 100% completion. Kind of a weird thing to suddenly trigger that achievement, but considering that I should've technically gotten it weeks ago when I first completed the game, I'll take it.

So yeah, problem solved. Turns out, my old computer had issues with newer Lego games that extended to more than just struggling to play certain cutscenes. Thank goodness I'm now using a brand new computer, so hopefully any new issues I encounter will be entirely game-related and not due to the struggles of my old computer.

The only way you can do it is with Steam Achievement Manager or S.A.M. Maybe you guys can try searching it up on what it is.
