Stuck in Windowed Mode -- How to go back to fullscreen?

So in the game, under video options, I turned windowed mode "ON". My monitors readjusted and then reset the screen correctly with a window of the game. But when I go back to the video options in the game and try to turn "OFF" windowed mode the game won't let me accept the new display. It puts up a prompt to confirm if I want to keep the current display mode, which is fullscreen, but the only option is "NO". There is no "YES" option! Is anyone else having this issue? This seems like a mistake on the part of the game engineers. Am I missing something here!?

So, Atl + Enter did not not work for me. But I found that if you go into game mode and pause the game, then click "OPTIONS", then "VIDEO SETTINGS", you can change between windowed mode and fullscreen AND it gives you the option to keep current the display settings. The option to keep current display settings is not available on the main menu's video settings.
