[Bug] Water is not filling the tank on "assault on Jakku"

I broke the blocks, and constructed the far left option. I'm standing on the pad, and it looks like water is going through the pipes, but it's not filling the tank. What's going on here?

Once you've repaired the pipe you have to jump up and down on the pad to pump the water into the tank :)

Seems to be another resolution bug (like bb-8 stuck in ceiling). I had the same issue and without exiting the mission I switched from HD (window, borderless) to lower 1600x900. After moving the tank from right position to left and back to right I was finally able to fill it with water.
