Deluxe Edition and DLC?

Bought the Deluxe edition, but I see that the Phantom Limb and Droid DLC's are not included in my library, does that mean I gotta dish out the extra cash?

From what I've seen the Phantom Limb and Droid pack were released only recently and may not have been part of the Season Pass at all,
Don't get me wrong, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid that we have to pay twice for DLC, but that's the only thing I've noticed that separates the other DLC from Phantom

but they were released June 27th FOR FREE on Playstation versions of the game, haha Sony Exclusives people! It will happen in the next LEGO Batman/Star Wars/DC/Marvel/Whatever game too! This is just the 3rd Lego game that had Sony Exclsuives, Batman 3 was the first, then Marvel's Avengers, and now this.
