BB-8 Glitch On Rathtar Level

Everytime I get to the part of this level where BB-8 is supposed to go through the little door, I find him stuck inside of the ceiling by the fire fight. He can roll around and do everything, I just see him from the bottom while he is inside the ceiling...anyone else having this issue or a fix? Can't continue the game without this fixed. I have tried restarting the level, the game, and the computer. No luck. I'd rather not go through the whole thing again though.

I just saw a comment from another steamer : "Try temporarily changing your video settings screen resolution just before the problem. It worked for one of my characters getting stuck behind a pipe in the rotating corridor. You can revert to your usual settings straight away if it fixes the problem.

it worked for me too! 600x800 for resolution instead of max

change reso doesnt work for me. nothing i do will keep BB8 out of the ceiling......i cant progress.....

Have you changed it just before it happens? :)

what I did to fix it was have a player 2 play as the droid that fixed it for me

or restart the level after exiting it (not the game) that seemed to work for me

this bug is still in the game LMAO
