Can this game be played on a computer with Intel HD Graphics? I just want to know, so when I get some money that this game is worth buying.

As much as I'm an Nvidia user myself, AMD have a whole hand to play with DirectX 12 and Vulkan (which take full use of their GPUs' architecture thanks to parallel computing, at least that's what I got). They might still not be back into the race yet, but they're showing interesting progress.

That's why I'm totally pro-Vulkan. And it was built upon the ashes of AMD Mantle, but is a massive project for a universal API (Nvidia backs it too, some big game companies as well).
DirectX 12 is doomed to only work on one platform, and even then they still have to prove it's more performant than Vulkan (especially in the long run).

Sadly the game doesn't run for everyone with intel integrated graphics, this is what my game looks like:

Loading a save will just enter a black screen with music.

So maybe the game just doesn't run well on Intel HD Graphics 4000/5000 series...

Intel HD 3000 GFX with 1696MB maximum variable graphics memory.

I can play Resurrection just fine at 720p (all settings low/off) on my HP Pavilion dm4 notebook (with Beats audio) with minor hiccups in areas that have large amounts of monsters/bosses. I originally played the game on PSP back in the day, so my experience using Intel HD 3000 reminds me of PSP-quality performance rather than PS4.

I have not yet booted Rage Burst yet, but Resurrection seems perfectly playable so far at PSP quality. If anything changes the further I get into the game or Rage Burst decides not to work, I'll make mention when I get there.

I guess the thing is even if I upgrade graphics card, and have someone help install it, would the memory be compatible. Does Best Buy help install graphics cards? I don't want to get a card and then screw up my computer.

Staples' tech department does installs and such, I believe, if you have one of those available.

If you have a dedicated GPU, run the game on it, else, you're out of luck since it seems that Intel HD Graphics 4000 series are not well supported on Windows 8 and 10.

Ah, so maybe it's just 64-bit OSes... :/

I honestly don't know what you should do though, they might or might not fix it. And if you're using a laptop you should check if you have a dedicated GPU, else you might need another computer to run the game unfortunately.
