Santa's papers?

anybody know which specific mission needs to be done to obtain this? I want the cool christmas jacket but none of the missions I see seem to have it as a drop on their list. I'm looking through all the special missions and what not.

is it coming at a later difficulty? because I'm on D4 if that means anything.

Both santa costumes can be bought from the merchant later on in the game. I think it's around diff 5 or 6 maybe not sure.

You can buy them once you hit Difficulty 7.

ah, was hoping it was D6 since I just got to D5, but I guess 7 isn't too far off either way.
