Personally, I love Kanon. I never have to worry about healing, because she always has my back.

Her attacks do knock you back, though, so I realize that not everyone likes her.

Ciel for laser-healing and Gil for 3xmutual skills for me. And Nana/Alisa/Kanon.
I dont know are there any use for -on aid/on ressurection skill for them and how are they working. And I found bombs and restore post stock usefull for debuffing mobs (Emil with DarkEmil). I like to have a leader buff in the party too

Double heals + def/atk buff, 1 instant full health recovery from death to whole squad, insane damage buffs and transfer bursts from Gil.

Ciel, Julius, Nana;
Instant rank 1-2 bursts, heals+ def/atk and enemy drawn to you.

Gina, Kanon, Karel;
Nuke the living potato out of those flying sariels + heals.

Gilbert, keep his OP low and watch him spam BA and buff entire party atk.

1, BEST Link Burst Givers in your team (the faster OP regenaration and absorption via melee good for guys who like chargers like me[fast charge on their reserve = more shot) + speed boost with low stamina usage due burst mode
2.Good Healers or Support Healer via Items
3. Specialized Users for Main Targets to unbound parts (for example Soma/Nana are good Crush weakness aragami)
