Is it possible to buy God Eater Resurrection on Steam?

I have problems with PSN and can't purchase the game, I want to go through Resurrection first before playing 2 because I don't remember anything form the PSP game, plus I never finished it because of the controls back when it came out on PSP.

GameFAQs says that God Eater Resurrection came out on August 29th, I read something about it being a pre order bonus but the game can be bought on PSN and it's only $8 or so now tho again, because of some weird issues with my PSN account I can't buy anything.

Is there any way to purchase God Eater Resurrection if you haven't pre ordered the 2nd game on Steam?

God Eater Resurrection already comes with God Eater 2 Rage Burst... Try reading the store page again lol.. Reading helps a lot...

I was hoping not to buy God Eater 2 because I want to get the physical version on PS4 or Vita.
Well guess I'll wait for a sale then so it's as if I'm only buying the first one unless my PSN account somehow gets fixed which it probably won't.

as previously stated, it was never purchasable, it just comes when you buy god eater 2
