Is it possible to get Nana clothes?

Not in cutscenes, but in battle. Just go to Personal Abliities and try the Clothing tab. Blood Uniform or Special Blood Uniform, are two combat type ones that work. Sunday special is a traditional Japanese dress.

You can buy it at the vendor after finishing Difficulty 6/7
