How do I continue the story

My game is just letting me do the tut missions that difficulty 1 on hard mission and it doesn't progress what should I do????

All story missions are found in standard difficulty, not hard. If you don't have a new standard mission then you should talk to the NPC's until you unlock the next one

More Hard Missions unlock, only after you have completed the Standard Missions in the next Difficulty.

Also what the above poster said. Sometimes the game just will not give you a new Difficulty or Main Mission, until you speak to another NPC around the Fenrir / Far East Brach. The Operator usually mentions who you need to speak to.
