Erina's Recruit Skill?

I just finished Erina's episode two.
and I took her recruitment skills from one to two.
but I can't find that skill on her!
Can I get some help here?

What skill did you buy? I am assuming you mean one of her personal abilities. I don't see a "recruitment" skill. All skills you unlock will be selectable in the menu you bought them (in personal abilities).

look at minute 6.13! it's in german but that's what i mean. and i just can't find your skill!

I don't know the language, but it might be her compound skills at the bottom of your personal abilities menu. They might be "unlocked" but not purchased. Some skills unlock requirements for another skill, but that skill isn't useable until you purchase it. I don't know if that was her blood art either which isn't something you can change.
