PS4 button layout?

Reading on PCGamingWiki that the game does have PS4 buttons but only if you're using the DS4 v1 controller. Does it work with the DS4 v2 controller?

It works, it just will show the wrong button prompts - either generic "button 1" or Xbox ones depending on the wrapper used.
