Kigurumi character episodes

For what seems an eternity, chapter 9 of Kirgurumi's character episodes has had the message "You cannot proceed with this episode at this time." I've finally finished the game, "World Closer" and all, and it still has this message. Everyone else's episodes are all complete. What do I have to do to finish off Kigurumi's episodes?

Perhaps you need to take him into missions with you more?

Never mind; I stumbled upon the solution. Completing the difficulty 15 mission "Susume-sashi" unlocks his last episode. Rather counter-intuitive since you can have all but the last of his episodes completed by the time you reach difficulty 10, but at least I'm finally done with his episodes.
