I am NOT the maker of this mod.
Just found it while googling around, and since I couldn't find any discussion of this mod in here nor the guide section, I decided to post the link here.
Haven't tested it yet since I don't have the game, but judging by the comments, it works.

A: It's a supposedly full patch for GER, there's no way to know for sure I got every single voice, but when any English is reported I usually update the patch within a week
That said, there hasn't been any reports of English in a while, but I won't make promises I can't keep

I will make a patch for GE2:RB too, but for now I'll actually play some God Eater and try to reproduce the black screen issue some people have been facing before plunging into another wild search for the remaining files.

I am very interested in the patch for GE2:RB.

I'm not sure if you know, a chinese group has done quite a bit of the modding. I've tried the GE:R and the process are extremely similar PC wise! Like the patching process in the 'run' mode.

I've played it for a bit and it's a bit of a mixture. I know the thread you've linked explains (?) but I am very new at this. I'm willing to learn to if you could help me complete this undub it would be amazing!

This seems to be for the vita where as the chinese patcher was from the ps4
