Since the only bugged tracks are outta that game.
I don't know why some people don't have a problem with it, but the file "bgm_ind_001.is14" in "GE2:RB" has a very bad cut.
It's the music that plays in the base from "God Eater 1".
Right before the end, the music try to loop, while it doesn't need to loop... and then the music loops > bad cut.
In "God Eater Resurrection", the same track slowly fades out... and then, the new loop starts when the file repeads, instead of the end of the file AND the beginning.
Also, the data here is called "bgm_anagura_001.is14".
EDIT:
Changing the name of the files works in terms of manipulating the music.
Sadly, I'm at a fresh start, so chapter one...
Can someone change the "bgm_anagura_001.is14" file from "GE1" to "bgm_ind_001.is14" and copy it into "GOD EATER 2 Rage Burst > data > GameData > g999_Base > sound > bgm" and see, if it loops better?
"bgm_anagura_001.is14" is in "GOD EATER RESURRECTION > data > Gamedata > g999_Base > sound > bgm".
I think it works!
I just used the "GE R" music track from the base and copied it into "GE2:RB", the music that plays at the very beginning in this other base.
And it loops like it should!
Absolute no crude ending.
The soundfile is 2 minutes long, I let it play a bit longer than 2 minutes and didn't notice a cut.
EDIT:
I tested the file "bgm_btl_005metro.is14" (the lava-tunnel) which SHOULD be one of the tracks that's not looping.
Couldn't test it in the fight, so I used it as a base-music... and it loops... pretty bad.
Again, the same track in the first game slowly fades out at the end... in the second game it just cuts.
It definitely works without crashing.
Even if it wouldn't work, absolutely nothing will happen.
Tried to rename an ".mp3" to ".is14" (personal music) and putting it in the game but nope... no crash, but silence. ^^"
But yeah, could be hard to figure out what tracks are the problematic ones.
I just figured out this base-music with the bad loop.
Since I didn't played this game that far on PC, I don't know which tracks are the problematic ones.
But it's the tracks without "ge2_bgm..." and "ge2rb_bgm..." in the name.
I THINK it's these 7, but since I'm not that far, I can't test it.

EDIT:
They also have a different size at my picture cause I already changed them.
And yes... for being the same song in both games, the difference in the file-size is sometimes huge...
It happens long before you unlock this ability.
I can't say what causes it.
Maybe the files are broken.
Compatible are all files... I mean, it's the same file-ending for every song.
I also don't know why a file that's fading out has a better loop, as a file that just wanna repead at the end.

im still missing a few, probably like 2 of them, but i'm not sure yet since im just at difficulty 8.
Thanks for this list. :)
Yeah, I'm also not much further cause I moved on to my other 1000 games. ^^"
Also thanks for the Hannibal-track.
Everything worked fine for me, everything looped well... till the first "Hard Mission Hannibal Fight" where his music didn't loop.
I wish they just gave every track the same name.
Or better, just copy/paste every track so they don't make new ones and screw them up. :P
So far all I've tested is the Den's normal theme (Howl of the Wolf). Creating a copy of the audio file from Ressurection, renaming it to it's Rage Burst version and replacing the Rage Burst version with it. Haven't tested anything else out yet though, so I'll get around to replacing most of them to test when I play with a friend later.
Note that that's copying the file, no decoding or encoding or anything involved since both games use the same type of file. Only decoding I did was to wav to listen to the files, and I didn't use that to actually replace it.
As well, listening to the two versions one after the other, the Rage Burst versions of music sounds muddy and lower quality while the Ressurection versions are noticably better.
