can you please share with me the obj file? I don't know if this is the case, but please note that we currently do not support obj with multiple textures. However, we will add multitexture support in v. 3.6 (eta end of January)
This is what I have done:
- imported 200 images into Zephyr
- Created sparse, dense point clouds
- Created textured object
- Exported the object, brought into zbrush to clean up and make custom uv
- Exported the new object with new uv
- Back in Zephyr, Import mesh with uv
And then I get that message I don't understand..
Here's the mesh.

The problem in this case is that there are both triangles and quads in the same file. Zephyr supports only triangles so you should convert all the quads to triangles inside zbrush before exporting. Please let me know if this solve your issue!
I am positive there is *only* quads in the mesh.
There is a UV map present.
There are no vertex maps or anything else. Pure quads + UV.
I even tried cleaning up the mesh in Modo, looking for stray vertices etc, didn't find anything though.
the problem is that the mesh is composed by quads. Zephyr only supports triangles so you need to convert all the quads to triangles. You are right about the error, it's not very descriptive, we'll add some warning when importing quads instead of triangles
