Bought ALL DLC - Still tells me I'm missing it when trying multiplayer

I have ALL the DLC for the game, but when trying to play a friend using Challenge mode, it tells me I'm missing about 5 - 7 DLC packs / content. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded and redownloaded the DLC; still can't play multiplayer with ALL content enabled.

You need to sign into your account (3rd party) and tell ut to sync steam & it.

It will unlock packs purchased from the pc person (not steam) and ones purchased on mobile, on your account, and allow your steam install to use it. It also updates your account (not steam account) with the purchased packs)

This is a multi platform game that does not actively sync/update ownership of parts. You need to refresh purchases.

Thank you DePhoegon... I think it was a combination of signing out, signing back in, then redownloading the DLC within the game that fixed it. Either way, it's working now. Thanks for the assistance :)
