Corrupted Save

Power outrage, start up the game, game notify me save is corrupted, all progress is lost.

Any solutions? Steam cloud is out since closing the game automatically saves (and syncs) the save (I completely forgot the game always save when closing).

Looking at the save file folder, seems like everything is stored into one file? No backups? Seems like a big oversight for cases like this. I actually thought I could load one of the auto saves and be back to where I was, but I guess I was wrong.

I guess my only option is to unlock everything again? In that case, anyways to get the game to skip to the next sense input when pressing "r"? I set both of the skip mode to all and it still only go to the next unread text.

Or maybe I can use someone's else save? I was at Root D Chapter 2

Quite disappointed since I was quite far in the game, and it would take a couple of hours to unlock everything again. This is assuming I don't get another unexpected shutdown...

Where's the save folder/file for this game then? I can't find anything resembling one in the usual places (Steam local files, AppData Roaming, AppData Local, My Documents, etc.)

Because I'm exactly at the point you described in the spoilers, and I've unlocked all the scenes and endings up until that point.

Edit: wait, just found it. It was in the "Yeti" folder in AppData Roaming.

For anyone wondering, the path to the save is C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Yeti\RootDoubleXe\VER_100 for Windows 7 and later.

From the run command, this command might work %appdata%\Yeti\RootDoubleXe\VER_100
