Soundtrack not downloadable

There is the free soundtrack, which should be downloadable. Clicking "download" instead starts the game. Trying to download from within the game instead wants to install Steam. Some way to fix this plz?

if you have it downloaded, go to wherever you have steam installed, then follow this path: Steam\steamapps\common\Tricky Towers\Tricky Towers Soundtrack

The problem is that it won't download. The same thing's happening to me: trying to download the soundtrack from Steam launches the game, and the in-game "shop" only brings up the overlay which doesn't help at all.

EDIT: After clearing the cache, Steam restarted and promptly downloaded the soundtrack. Issue solved.
