Tricky Towers
Gamepads don´t work!
Although on the list of supported Controllers (http://www.gallantgames.com/pages/incontrol-supported-controllers), my wireless Strike FX Gamepads (Speedlink) do not work. The seem to be detected by the game, as it says "press "A" to start" when they are connected but none of the buttons does anything.
They work just fine with any other game i´ve ever played with them.

I can´t even solve the problem with joytokey (emulating keyboard strikes from gamepad-buttons) because no two players can share the same keyboard.

I bought this because it was a lot of fun playing it with friends on the playstation in splitscreen. Without the controllers working, this game is useless to me and I am kind of frustrated right now.

Please help me get those controlles working.

Hello there,

Unfortunately we don't own these controllers ourselves, so it's a bit hard for us to find out exactly what's going on. Can you give us some more information on how you use these controllers:

- What OS are you on?
- Are you using them wired or wireless?
- Have you updated the drivers?

Hello mr crazy cow,

Win 8.1 64bit
Wireless
"newest" drivers (from here: http://www.speedlink.com/?p=2&cat=3315&pid=23946&paus=1)
SL-6565-SBK-01-V2_STRIKE_FX.zip
(the drivers haven´t changed in a while, i think)

The Gamepads work just fine in other Games.

Thank you for takeing the Time to figure this out.

@ellentestversion, we're looking into why this isn't working, if we find anything, we'll let you know.
@eternity, xbox one s controllers are not officially supported on mac, as far as I know only wired works on mac

Hello, my two controllers (wired Thrustmaster and wireless IPEGA) also doesn't work with this game, but both works OK on steam. When tricky towers start says press "a", but nothing happens.

Hi, we're still looking into this. We've tested with xbox 360 & xbox one controllers, on windows both wired and wireless works on mac only wired works (with custom driver).

Unfortunately we don't own any of the other controllers, we are trying to get one of those so we can see if we find the issue.

If you included an option to let multible players share the same keyboard, I could use joytokey to emulate keystrokes from my gamepad-inputs.
That could solve the problem for many people with different controllers, i guess.

Best wishes

Hi, we're still looking into this, other people on the forum have reported that they could get their controllers working with this tool: http://www.x360ce.com

Hello! Having issues with my PS4 controller on my Mac using both bluetooth and USB. The controller works in Steam and the game sees the controller but none of the buttons work. When using it hard wired the game sees 2 controllers but it still does not work.

MBPRO touch bar
MacOS 10.12.3

We've tested PS4 controllers on MacOS 10.12 and haven't been able to reproduce your issues.

There is a known issue on mac that controllers aren't always recognized when they are connected while the game is running. If you connect the controllers first and then start the game, they should work.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the the reply!! I did try it both ways originally and found that intermittantly the game freezes on launch when the controller is connected and the game is launched from big picture mode. It's certainly a strange issue. I booted my machine to a known good OS on my network (10.12.2) and downloaded a fresh copy of Steam and the game and the issue persists so maybe it's just my computer. hard to say but I will keep searching for a solution. Maybe trying it on another computer will be my next step although my computer is only a month old at this point.

Thanks again!
