Crash to blank screen

This is the first game that I have played through to eliminating a race. I kill their last planet, it declares them out, the news mentions it, then the screen goes black. I tried several saves, resolutions, changed the order I did stuff. Same thing happens every time. Anyone else run into this and perhaps has a solution.

A save file of your game with the issue, and most importantly if you have the autosave of the turn before a bug! Having the autosaves can help us narrow down exactly what is happening if it was say a combination of random events, or your galaxy seed.

C:\Users\ YOURUSER \AppData\Local\LordofRigel\Saved\SaveGames

The .sav files in the folder are the save files.

Save 10 is autosave, and save files are numbered by their slot in game.

Hi sablestar I was able to get a test case that reproduced the issue so a hotfix is incoming. I can confirm it's fixed with your save if you send a file.

When steam updates the game next you should be able to play normally and it will resume the turn properly after GNN.
