Report a translation problem
This seems to happen if you trigger the war from Scornvaunt. In that case, the game seems to get a bit confused about who you were fighting for. In my case, doing it that way allowed me to fight for Lady Thespian and kill Lady Scorn, but at the end of the battle it mentioned that I had to leave the battlefield quickly before Lady Thespian saw me (implying that I had actually been fighting for Lady Scorn).
It worked properly when I reloaded an earlier save and triggered the war from Penitents' Bluff instead.
"Since the civil war, Bluesteel Court's power has waned. Thralls have been legalized once more within the Court's borders. Lady Bluesteel is not expected to last long - she will soon be replaced by some minion of Queen Scorn."
