Is there a way to unlock the doors? (potential spoilers)
Iv'e seen locked doors throughout the house (usually very far north south east or west). Iv'e got a questline to, potentially, get a key but is there an actual way or do i have to nacigate around them?

Some of the doors can be unlocked, but only ones that are surrounded by a glow. Most of the locked doors can't be unlocked.

So far, I think I've seen two doors that can be unlocked, both of them far to the southwest (one has a blue glow and the other has a purple glow). I'm sure there are more, but I haven't gotten around to exploring all the edges of the map yet. :)

There are many doors, and many keys, and many things to unlock.
You can find keys. I know because I happened on one, quite by accident.

Also, you can donate keys to your museum.

Most keys are extraordinarily rare, but there's one location where you can theoretically find infinite keys as part of a randomly encountered event.

It's Lisshan, but only if you enter the city from the north or east side, to trigger the patchwork soldier events. Of course, this event will no longer be available if you end the civil war in Lisshan.
Are you sure that event is in an infinite loop? There are random events that repeat but which are different after the first encounter.

There seem to be three very similar events, each of which rewards the player with a different relatively expensive item, but you can definitely get multiple keys from it. I got three keys before I triggered the event that finally stopped it from happening anymore.

So are the keys generic? Do they work on any door in the House? I found one in the spoilered event in the city above.

Only certain doors can be opened, and they're marked by a glowing aura. Keys are generic, and can open any door as long as it's a door that can be opened. Personally, I've ended up with far more keys than I can use. :)

There's one exception, though. As you progress the main story, you'll discover a very specific door that can only be opened with a specific key.

Two. Two exceptions, the Orchard and the Threshold .

Yeah. I have the story progressed enough to have wanted the specific key, and I used the generic one I found to pop the room of memories.

This I don't get. I stumbled upon the Orchard by accident and there was no locked door. The symbol for a locked door is on the map for the room before it, but there is no door. Does the door maybe only appear if you followed the dreams from Persephone
