I liked the game and got all achievements but... the requirements for the new ones are wayyyy too high. Attacking 10.000 times in a game that is 2hrs long?

Did I do something wrong? Do I need to do anything specific in the process?

I beat the game but haven't found the Silvervine wand. Do I have to do something special? Also I beat the game without dying but cheev didn't pop.. Thanks
