Way to reload pepper spray, alarm gun?

I like how we are able to reload the blow gun and arrows, but is there a way to reload the pepper spray and alarm gun ammunition?

You can reload it with another one.

Take the pepper in your hand, and press F on the new one.
You will read something like : "take ammo"

No. Probably because reloading Pepper spray and tazers could get out of hand if you think about it. Only having 3 shots forces people to actually think about what they are doing insteam of just running around spamming tazers constantly during a fight. They claim to have put a lot of work into the melee in this game.

Though with that said ghost hit technique is viable in this game... (Darksouls players you know what I mean).

Pepper spray would be way to op if you could just run around and reload it, kill one player and then run and reload an kill another one.

You can reload guns, too. It costs a lot of func and can only be done at red barrels as far as I can tell. Why not just make it difficult, like that?

I prefer not being able to reload them, it makes them require a more strategic usage that way because you can't just fire away and then reload
