What happened to the smooth combat?

Sure, this patch has serious problems, there's no denying that- but the stuttering, the lag. I'm directly connected to an ethernet cable, so there's something up here.

Mind you- I can tolerate a little lag, it happens. But it's the sheer amount of it plus the bugginess of the game currently that is making it very robotic to play properly with.

Last time it was shadows that made it so, so I'm going to change the settings a little and see what works best.

Pretty sure it's a bit of both. Not quite sure which, but its most likely FPS.

As said; fiddling with the settings atm. Lowering shadows worked a little.

Since new patch every action has a 0.5 to 1 sec delay. Never had that issue before, ping is at 70, but feels like 600 for combat actions.... Did you manage to fix that ? I'd be very interrested... Also if dev could test their changes before applying them that'd be great... Since 99% of players agree that the new co^mbat is worse than before, i really don't get how that thing got to live...

I normally run my game on high settings, which isn't a problem for my computer, but I restored the game to its default settings, which helped get rid a lot of the lag.

Not quite sure what they added in the update/hotfix that made the game run like this.

My performance got worse after patch too. Earlier i got60 fps on average but now 30-50 max with same settings. My friend complains too.
