I gave the portrait to Leos???

After finishing episode 2, I received that message. But I don't remember giving a portrait to Leos at all, not even having that option.

What am I missing, or is it the game that is broken?

I believe this is actually tied to Wilma's relationship with Leos. If you are the most friendly with him he will receive the portrait. The other choices being Arthur or Wilma's family.
