1 . Xbox 360 usually work with this game. Can you tell us how many pads you plug in, does the pad work in other game
2. Can you tell us at which point the game crash, were it after you beat level 1 ?
3. We knew this issue, and will try to fix it. For now just alt tab out and in again will fix it.
Also can you try running the game in d3d9 mode ( using the last 2 launch options ) and disable the post processing in option menu to see if this help.
1. Sorry, it was a problem with my gamepad (tested with another one, also a xbox 360 controller and worked perfectly)
2. The game crashed just after beating level 1, but after restarting the game I could play level 2.
3. Ok.
I'll try the d3d9 mode later.
Thanks for the ultra-fast answer!
I've tried the d3d9 modes but something weird happens, when the match starts all the screen goes black, I can hear the sound of the tanks and the music but all the screen is black.
Ok, after disabling "post processing" in option menu as you said now the d3d9 modes work correctly (without the black screen problem).
I'm going to beat level 1 with d3d9 modes to see if the "UDK error" problem persists.
When I complete a level of the campaign the game takes me directly to the main menu (even if I selected "continue") Is this the intended behaviour?
The demo is fun! first levels of the demo are challenging but not excessively hard although I fear that the next levels will be much more complicated.
The main concern for me are the problems with the DX11 version of the game but I'm sure you're going to fix them.
Anyway the game is fun so I'm going to buy it.
p/s when you select continue, it should take you to the next level instead of the main menu. May be there a bug there. We will look at it when we got some time.
