Save file transfer from PSP emulator?

I‘ve played the first two games in the series on a PSP emulator, namely PPSSPP. Is it somehow possible to transfer that save data to PC? In other threads I‘ve read that from an actual PSP it‘s impossible, because it encrypts the save files, but with PPSSPP it might be possible because it can decrypt them again... something like that.
So yeah, does anyone know if it is possible?
