Here is the party I used to battle Astarte on Nightmare:
LVL 117 Kevin
LVL 117 Joshua
LVL 114 Scherazard
LVL 115 Agate
On Nightmare, I used Scherazard and Agate for this one. These picks are largely story picks, since Agate wanted to fight a Devil for first time and Schera is a Bracer that trained at Le Locle, no real strategic pick made here.
At start I had Schera and Kevin use La Forte and La Crest, then used Dragon Dive or Phantom Raid to destroy the mob units, or if Schera and Kevin were not fast enough, give Agate or Joshua a Flavored Juice to boost their Strength and Defense by 20%, THEN use Dragon Dive or Phantom Raid.
For Kevin and Schera, I had them either use Clock Up Ex on each other or eat a Fluffy Crepe to give them a 10% speed boost. You can use Kevin's S-Craft when is appropriate since it does a lot of damage, especially when Strength is buffed.
After using Joshua or Agate S-craft, I mostly focused on healing and having Kevin cast Earth Guard or Earth Wall, with Joshua and Agate attacking Astarte. Occasionally, if they are fast enough, Kevin and Schera would cast Dark Matter on Astarte.
The tactics outlined are fine. Shera and Agate are good choices for this battle. Immediatly kill the adds with Phantom Raid and Dragon Dive. Alternatively, you can use Spear of Loa if you don't want Agate. Cast Clock Up Ex on everyone and use Earth Wall to defend. Buffed Agate + Joshua attack with crafts. You could also bring a strong mage to deal damage instead.
Sure, just tell me how to copy paste or url my images onto Steam, yet different sites are tricky sometimes. It's 1am so expect the images before 8pm since i work all day Sunday. I guess my party lv is roughly an esitmate based on my favs, so some could be higher than 115 or so.
First off speed. Speed is THE most important stat in the game. If you want you can grind gilbert on normal arena for his fool emblem which is amazing (pretty much mandatory on nightmare for later bosses).
S-Craft users SHOULD have high physical attack. For example tiger heart is really helpful for this. Also use a food item to increase your strenght too if you need.
Magic users should have mind quartz and especially high speed. I believe he is weak against gold element.
Also if you want you can cast grail sphere first (kevin should start the first turn if your speed is high enough so just choose grail on craft menu and then use healing items for kevins CP or just cast magic.
That is pretty much it. If you want you can also use zeram items on kevin too since he should do most damage to that boss.
I hope this helps.
It's more like Spear of Loa destroy that boss, let other people Earth Wall to replace Grail Sphere.. It's pushover on Nightmare with SoL, so any easier mode will be breeze... It's slightly harder if you don't equip SC carryovers but that's only for Nightmare...

Astarte's on page 5 or 6. Only thing I missed is throwing on the Tiger Heart onto Agate. Should be shooting for ~2k str on both Agate and Josh if you can. If not, (because you weren't as geared as I was) that's fine. Even if Dragon Dive + Phantom Raid doesn't wipe out the exilers Dragon Dive + Phantom Raid + Dragon Dive will. Fight should be easy as hell after that.
Edit: Page 7... my bad.
