So I sold the fortune gem, don't ask me why. Is there no other way I can open this door now?

Reload to a save where you have a fortune quartz.

Because you can get Mira easily from sepith.

Get the achievement and then reload to your present save.

Haha. I appreciated the help regardless. I do wish there was another way though. I hate that you can't buy another one. Mira is useless at this point too. I've bought everything and still have over 100k. Now I can't get a perfect game ;-;

Silver lining is that the door is just about the Matron.
Sad part is that the reward is one ofnth best accessories in the game
