but one part of the game that made me question Falcom's motives was when the group teased them. it felt like they went a tad far with it. they basically said: "lol it's like they're a cute couple, but we know they're not, but actually if that were to happen we'd be cool about it, actually jk but seriously". maybe i'm overanalyzing, but it seemed like there was more to that scene than meets the eye. plus, wasn't Estelle teased about Joshua a bit? we can see how that turned out.
and with the CS3 descriptions...i don't think it's unreasonable to think that they're setting up a ship. but we'll see if Falcom will finish it and let it sail.
BUT...Tita's also a 12-year old who barely spends any time outside of her granddad's orbal laboratory, so she's completely clueless on romantic matters and her idea of asking him out is unsuccesfully trying to get him to eat ice cream together.
For Agate's part, there haven't been any hints so far that he sees Tita as anything other than a replacement goldfish for his dead sister. That said, the rest of the Trails universe ships them like crazy, much to Agate's embrassment and if the final Trails game rolls around and Tita's a grown-up, it wouldn't surprise me if there's something more than a sibling-like bond between them.

Sorry guys, but the writers don't have every character who sees them interact think how they'll inevitably become a cute couple because they're just "like siblings". You're expected to ship them.
I think the problem is that people are trying to apply real world logic to dismiss the ship as simply a sibling like relationship, but it's clear Falcom is catering to some section of the fanbase that wants the ship to happen. The question is if Falcom will actually follow through with it or just keep teasing us to prolong the fanservice.
How does real world logic dismiss the ship? Things like this happen in reality.
I was pretty creeped out at that part. Maybe it's different cultural values or something but it felt weird how everyone in the party was okay with the idea of them being together. Not to mention Olivier's many remarks involving Tita.
It feels like Falcom is trying to bait us all http://imgur.com/a/bNR5J
Well yeah, but come one that's for world building stuff. I'm talking about how exaggerated the characters bheaviors are. I Didn't think it was logical behavior for them to bring a 12 year old to Liber Ark, or how Cassius was ok with adopting a child assassin who tried to kill him without consulting his colleagues first. Though please correct me if the latter statement isn't true. I don't remember Cassius telling anyone Joshua was from Ouroboros, but my memory could be wrong.
