Question about Lechter

So It was a long Side Story, and reading the afterwords where Kloe said meeting him in an unexpected place 2 years later, anyone know about this event? I can't seem to remember Lechter got any role in FC & SC, and Kloe isn't in CSI & CSII where Lechter takes part either, I'm curious @_@a
