The moment you arrive, the first building has a monument with weapons.
I've found that each chapter starts you off with a short intro cutscene, then a monument nearby, probably to let you grab the "next chapter weapons" for the characters you've unlocked so far. If you want to farm out previous chapter dungeons, at least enter the next one to get the next chapter's weapons and quartz options.
(Note, I"m in chapter 5, so I'm not sure if this pattern holds true for the rest of the game, but I don't see why it wouldn't)
Pendragon - 2 handed sword
Ein Cleis or something: A high end gun for Oliver/Josette (drops from the guys that hit you with the hammer and can shrink you)
Vorpal Sword - High end rapier for Julia/Kloe (drops from the imp looking guys)
Just FYI, it took me 3.5 hours to get all of them.
