Guess I'm making a topic about this then.

I'm feeling very stupid, but I'm stuck. I'm after the orphanage deal and am now looking for Lechter again. Talked to everyone, got all the events I believe. I am now seeing Lechter on the roof. The heck do I do? I feel stupid that I have to ask this but I really don't know what to do. How do I discover him? I've walked through the entire school 3 times and talked to everyone.

Little question about that Moon door as well.

When you have the option to stay or leave as Jill, does it change a lot of things or not ? ((dialogues/rewards) I personnally chose stay)

I just had a fight with Jill, now I'm running around campus, found the rope, got on the roof, but there is no one? What am I missing?

You have to activate two events, then go there.

Talk to everybody, then go to student council room.

Got it, I already talked to everyone and touched every desk,lamp bookcasr etc. Ran around the place like 10 times, but apperantly, the event triggers when you aproach a specific point at campus. Not the most obvious one. Thanks for the help tho :)

Don't feel stupid, I came to this topic for the same reason. Had no idea about the student council window. Kept trying to examine the rope outside, thought maybe the game was bugged haha.
