Message appears when game launches. And main menu freezing and lags now .

That is a Windows error that is very common when files are removed or messed with by a virus. Not linked to the game.. However Replacing the .Dll Will fix the problem however you will need to do so by running safe mode and changing the windows files as you can't change them while in use by windows. To get the .Dll Do a google search for uxTheme.dll - Hope this helps.

uxtheme thats the uxthemepatcher dll isnt it? that shouldnt cause issues but if the issue just started remove uxthemepatcher and test if its a real core files that comes with windows then its a issue with your windows caused by viruses and other things

Interesting how virus coud hurt this dll , cos only "Trustedinstaller" windows 7 ( ult) have acces to files in this directory. Even admin cant change this files without deleting "Trusted installer" from owner .
Yes now its works , but i got another quest , how to put "TrustedInstaller" again to owner of this file xD
