I can not perform a hand scan

I started the game. I was instructed and hand scanned.
I put my hands on the machine. I got up to 40%, but I got an error.
Warps are prohibited in that scene and you can not adjust the position.
I can not proceed any way. I want support.

Are you certain you left your controller in the same world space position after the hand scan started?

I did have the same error multiple time and then I hused my right hand and it worked

I remember having trouble with the hand scan at first but after a few tries I got it to work. Didn't think much of it at the time since I was still new at the whole VR thing.

Having similar issues. No matter how many times I try, it says "Error".

Apologies for the poor experience. Try to get really close to the hand scanner, and reset your hand right on its surface it until it reaches 100%
