Question about Elite skins

I discover this game recently (thanks to my friends) and enjoy it (so far). But one thing (actually 4) bother me - 4 elite skins. You know, it can be really annoying to see things you cant unlock in-game. So I use some google-fu to find that they only available for dlc owners. And only thing I find to sale is AM camp. So, my questions are:
1) Is there shops or traders to get Founders or Ultimate edition?
2) Or, will devs give other way to get them?

Unfortunately, the Founders Pack was discontinued long ago since it was meant for the players who supported the game in the beginning, and the Ultimate Edition also came to an end a few months ago. Currently, there are no options to buy them, but we'll keep releasing skins for all the characters in the future, don't worry.

Thanks for answer, Karen. Yes, I know that these pack now unavailable to buy in Steam. I asked, will we get opportunity in future to get these exactly skins, like: 1) sort of Supporter pack (with higher price, so Founders and Ultimate buyers wont be disappointed); 2) sort of giveaways; or 3) some sort of contest with prizes. Have a nice day. And yeah, some chars need moar skins.
