If so, go to properties for the game and under Compatibility, set it to use System for High DPI Scaling Override. You will need to do this every time you want to open the game due to a bug/oversight (the game exe will reset after you start the game).
Also, set your in-game scaling to x5. It isn't perfect, but it can help. You may need to use fullscreen mode to see the settings.
You can change the in-game scaling by going to AppData/Local/NadiaWasHere and editing options.ini
Mine looks like this:
[Windows]
SleepMargin="1"
[options]
messages="1.000000"
difficulty="0.000000"
story="1.000000"
sfx="0.600000"
music="0.400000"
fullscreen="0.000000"
scale="0.000000"
stretch="1.000000"
scalefactor="10.000000" <- this is double the max size that you can set in-game. This seems to work for me, but I can't guarantee it to work for others. You might need to set it higher or lower.
gamespeed="3.000000"
pausebattle="1.000000"
controlerz="0.000000"
Yours should probably look like this:
[Windows]
SleepMargin="1"
[options]
messages="1.000000"
difficulty="0.000000"
story="1.000000"
sfx="0.600000"
music="0.400000"
fullscreen="0.000000"
scale="0.000000"
stretch="1.000000"
scalefactor="5.000000"
gamespeed="1.000000"
pausebattle="1.000000"
controlerz="0.000000"
