Possible soft lock

When burying first body, I put the body down so I could dig the grave.
Well, apparently I put the body outside of the tutorial range as I kept getting the "You need to put a sign, use whats in the chest" dialogue.

So, I spent like 5 minutes figuring that out then realizing I can't do that unless the body is IN the grave, well moving to get the body my character is forced back repeating the dialogue infinitely making it impossible to progress the game any further.

I had to load the game but just wanted to put it here for it to be seen and hopefully fixed.
