Note on SteamDeck compatibility

Hey guys, if you're trying to play VOIDFACE on your SteamDeck, you may be hitting some issues with controls.

Here's a workaround:

Launch the game
Swap Steam Input to WASD
Go back to menu
Swap Steam Input to any Gamepad configuration
Go back to menu, Controller detected pop-up should appear

VOIDFACE is now live!

Heya everyone,

The day has come. VOIDFACE is now live on Steam!

The final version of the game includes 11 stages and 31 total bosses for you to take down. VOIDFACE is a challenging game (even on easy mode) so don’t feel discouraged if you get stuck early. Beating a single level is designed to feel like a huge accomplishment in this game! Make sure to experiment with spellcasting, as those abilities can really turn the tide when you’re struggling with a boss.

And a reminder, if you played the demo at all, your progress carries over. A nice little head start for some of you.

If you enjoy the game, please consider leaving a review on Steam as they are a huge help and increase how many people will discover our game on Steam.

The hitbox

I'm a bit confused on the hitbox. Is it center mass? The final boss is kinda ridiculous with how tight the bullets are, you have to literally touch the bullets to scrape through but I don't feel like there's consistency with where I'm actually being hit

Currently only finished the main content on hard mode. So far, though, this game is easily my top 5. I don't think I've ever seen a game be simultaneously difficult and fun. The spell casting system is probably the most unique thing I've seen. Also, the amazing soundtrack kinda makes it hard to get mad when I fail, cus I get to listen to it again! ON THAT NOTE, THOUGH.... Where is the ost for this game? The theme for finale is genuinely so peak but I can't find an ost anywhere.......... Almost ALMOST enough for me to NOT recommend this game cus I'm NEED the OST NOOOWWW.

Really phenomenal bullet hell game, one of the best I've ever seen. The difficulty is just hard enough that every defeat feels like a major accomplishment while being easy enough that it can be quite accessible. I found myself wishing for a "practice mode" a lot as certain stages felt out of reach, but in the end it felt a lot more satisfying without it and was perfectly doable.

The visual style and the music are really good and really amp up the intensity. Hearing the same music over and over again never grew tiring no matter how many times I died (maybe biased as a Geometry Dash player...).
